Your locator will then send you a personalized list of apartments that match your criteria, along with great discounts!

Step 4

Pick your favorites, and tell your Apartment Specialist. They will confirm availability & schedule your tour!

Step 5

Once you have found the perfect place, your Apartment Specialist will help you fill out your application. YOU MUST put down "Bright Light Locators" on Your Application!

Step 6

Once your application gets approved, let your Apartment Specialist know, and they will help you with the lease process! DON’T FORGET put "Bright Light Locators" down as a reference on your lease agreement.

Step 7
